 The Ferrari family has had its hands in commercial real estate since the 1950s, when Arthur Ferrari, Sr. started buying and developing commercial and residential properties. LineageCRE’s roots as a business began in 1993 in the heart of Illinois, as the property management arm for ABART Properties Corporation, predominantly developing ground-up multifamily and industrial projects. In 1999, we set up new headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. Once here, we focused our attention on office, medical office, industrial, flex, and retail properties. Over time, we grew to represent over 500,000 square feet of property. In 2004, we decided to share our expertise and began working with third-party clientele. LineageCRE is currently being run by Arthur Ferrari III, after graduating from ASU, the eldest member of the Ferrari family’s third generation, who has led the company for the past 15 years. As a family business, we love building great relationships with our clients, vendors, and tenants, making them part of our family, and securing our continuing lineage as one of the most respected names in the industry.
