With over 20 years of experience in commercial property management, Tre is a seasoned leader dedicated to delivering exceptional value to both clients and stakeholders. A proud graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Finance, Tre combines robust financial expertise with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. As President of REIAC (Real Estate Investment Advisory Council), a premier networking group focused on development trends and shaping the minds of future industry leaders, Tre plays a key role in fostering innovation and collaboration within the commercial real estate sector. Rod Farrar Designated Broker & VP of Property Management

Since 1986, Rod has managed a variety of different assets. He’s been a Broker, General Contractor, a third-party Property Manager and an Owner Manager of Office, Retail, Industrial and Apartment products in the Chicago MSA where he was born and raised. His upbringing in the Midwest instilled in him the ethics of hard work and family.

Ben Epstein Assistant Property Manager

Ben started his professional career with an emphasis in sales and management. Upon graduating from the University of Arizona, Ben started working with Intuit Mailchimp as a Small Business Account Executive working closely with business owners to drive more revenue and optimize their sales processes. With Lineage CRE, Ben continues his philosophy of solution first service.
